 Why is the center changing the provider of the Shopping Card? 
We want to become more digital with the new provider and make using the Shopping Card easier and more convenient for you as a customer.  

 When will the new provider come into force? 
The exact start date has not yet been set. We will inform you in good time via our communication channels.  

Are there any advantages with the new provider? 
Yes, the new provider makes it easier to query the credit balance, improves redeemability and ensures fewer technical problems.  

Where can I check my credit balance?  
You can easily check your current credit balance using the button below.

What happens to the existing Shopping Cards?  
Existing Shopping Cards can still be redeemed as usual (until the end of their validity). 

Can I still use my old Shopping Card?  
Yes, your old Shopping Card will remain valid.  

Is there a deadline by which old shopping cards can be redeemed?  
Yes, the old Shopping Cards can be redeemed within the statutory period of three years.

What's new with the Shopping Card?
The new Shopping Card offers a modern and user-friendly solution with digital support, such as an app and simpler administration.  

Where can I purchase the new Shopping Card? 
You can purchase the new Shopping Card directly at our center information desk or conveniently order it online.

How does the new Shopping Card work? 
The new Shopping Card can be used as usual in participating stores in the center. You can manage and check your balance directly using the QR code on the card. 

Can I transfer my credit from the old Shopping Card to the new Shopping Card? 
Unfortunately, it is not possible to transfer the credit from the old Shopping Card to the new one. But it is also not necessary, as the old vouchers remain valid for the statutory period. 

Is there an app or online platform for managing the new Shopping Card? 
Yes, you can use the Giftify app to manage your Shopping Card and check the balance. 

 Where can I check the credit balance on the new Shopping Card?
You can view your credit balance both online and directly in the app. 

 What happens if I lose my new Shopping Card?
If you lose your Shopping Card, you can have it blocked to prevent misuse. Please ask at our Infopoint.

Are there any changes to the stores that accept the Shopping Card? 
Yes, the new Shopping Card can be accepted in all participating stores in the center. Exceptions: Bottega del Sarto, Ecco 

Can the new Shopping Card also be used online? 
No, the Shopping Card can only be redeemed at participating stores in the center.
