CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION "GIFTMANIA" - HALLE LEIPZIG THE STYLE OUTLETS

1. Organizer

The companies NEINVER Deutschland GmbH (The "Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets"), with N.I.F., registered office at Berliner Str. 1, 06796 Sandersdorf-Brehna and Neinver, S. A. U. ("Neinver"), with N.I.F. A31038136, registered office at Avenida Pío XII 44, 2º Planta, Edif. Oficinas 28016 Madrid, Spain; organize the promotion called "Giftmania" (the "Promotion"), which is accessible through the website https://halle.leipzig.thestyleoutlets.de/de and consists of a game of skill in which the participants who meet the conditions of participation established in these legal bases (the "Participants") can obtain the prizes referred to in clause 7.

Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets and Neinver are hereinafter referred to as the "Organizers".

2. Purpose of these conditions of participation

These conditions of participation ("Conditions of Participation") govern the conditions for participation in the Special Promotion and must be accepted and complied with by the Participants and the Organizers.

3. Purpose of the action

The purpose of the promotion is to promote the brand "The Style Outlets", the Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets outlets and the other outlets belonging to the same group of companies (see information on [https://www.neinver.com/portfolio/]) owned by Neinver, and to encourage visits to the Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets outlets, as well as to offer prizes and discounts redeemable for certain products or services related to the Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets outlet.

4. Participants

To participate in the special offer, the participating persons ("Participants") must fulfill the following requirements:

1. You must be at least 18 years old and must not have been declared legally incompetent

2. They may not be employees, trainees or freelancers of the organizers, another company of the group of companies whose parent company is Neinver (the link to the list of companies concerned is given in clause 3 above)

3. You must have a user account via https://halle.leipzig.thestyleoutlets.de/denach in accordance with the following legal notice and privacy policy, which allows you to access most of Neinver's portals, applications, promotions and digital services

4. You must have accepted these conditions of participation.

5. Duration and geographical area

The special offer begins on 01.12.2024 at 00:00 (CET) and ends on 24.12.2024 at 23:59 (CET) ("end of special offer").

The special offer is only available to persons residing in Germany.

6. Procedure for participation

Participants can take part in the special promotion via the website https://halle.leipzig.thestyleoutlets.de/deteilnehmen. To take part, participants must access the game of skill and start playing after accepting the conditions of participation. The game consists of one set of rounds. Details are given below:

1. Participants collect points when they make progress in the game.

2. The participants start each round with 3 (three) lives. For each mistake, the participants lose 1 life, so that the final result is reached when they have lost their last life of that round (i.e. the points scored in each of the three attempts per round are added together to give a final result of all points per round).

3. The points can be exchanged for one of the prizes listed in Section 7 of these legal bases, provided they are sufficient. To be eligible for one of the prizes, a minimum number of points must have been achieved.

4. Daily game scores can be accumulated day by day unless they are redeemed in accordance with point iii.

5. Each game has its own scoring system. There are games that have a limited number of attempts, and when these have been used up, the maximum number of points from these attempts remains. In the other games, the points scored at the end of the game count.

In order to redeem the points for the chosen prize, once they have reached a sufficient number of points, participants must authenticate themselves with their Neinver user account. If they do not yet have a Neinver user account, they must register and create one.With the Neinver user account, they can access not only this promotion, but also most other Neinver promotions, platforms, applications and digital services with a single account. After providing the information required to create the Neinver user account, participants will receive an email to the email address provided to activate the account. Once the participant has identified themselves with their Neinver user account, they can redeem the points they have collected. It is expressly pointed out that the supply of prizes is limited, so that participants are not entitled to a prize if the prizes corresponding to the points collected have already been used up.

Each participant can only redeem the points earned once during the entire duration of the promotion. However, they can play as many games as they wish.

Once the collected points have been redeemed for the chosen prize, participants have seven (7) days to go to Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets shopping center and redeem the chosen prize. If the seven (7) day period passes without the Participant having redeemed their prize, the prize will be forfeited and the Participant will not have the opportunity to receive new prizes, although they can play the game again if they wish.

The organizers point out that the prizes can only be redeemed in the Halle Leipzig The Style Outlets shopping center, but not in other shopping centers of other companies belonging to the same group of companies, even if they use the same brand "The Style Outlets".

In addition, the player who scores the highest number of points during the week will receive a prize. The only requirement to be eligible for these prizes is to be a communicable user of that center's database and to have achieved the highest weekly score. If two users have achieved the same score, the prize will be awarded to the user who has previously achieved the highest score.
 

7. prices

Subject to compliance with these Terms and Conditions, achievement of the minimum number of points required and availability of the prize (i.e. the limited number of prizes on offer has not yet been exhausted), entrants will be entitled to one of the following prizes (the "Prizes"):

Once the points have been redeemed, participants can no longer change the selected prize. Nor can they request cash compensation in the amount of the economic value of the prize.

The prizes can only be redeemed by the respective participant.

If no participant reaches enough points to receive certain prizes, these prizes will be forfeited.

8. Participant license

As Participants, the Organizers grant Participants a license to view and use the Game and other designs, graphics, elements or assets related to the Promotion as end users, in their executable version, non-transferable, without territorial limitation, limited in time to the duration of the Promotion and for the sole purpose and to the extent necessary for Participants to participate in the Promotion.

Any other use of the Game or any other design, creative elements or assets in connection with the Promotion is strictly prohibited and the Participant accepts any liability that may arise from such misuse.

9. Taxation

The prizes of this promotion are subject to all relevant tax regulations in accordance with current legislation. As the prizes awarded will in no case have a value of more than EUR 150, the organizers are not obliged to make any kind of withholding or advance payment. Participants are solely responsible for complying with any tax obligations that may arise from the receipt of the prizes.

10. Responsibility

The organizers, their suppliers, subcontractors, employees, agents or distributors are exempt from any liability for damages, material or otherwise, suffered by the participants as a result of an act or omission for which they are not responsible. In particular, the organizers are not liable for damages caused by the companies cooperating with the respective prize.

The organizers accept no liability for the actions of participants or for malfunctions of the electronic communication networks or technologies associated with the promotion that prevent the normal running of the promotion for reasons beyond the control of the organizers.

12. Change in the legal basis

The Organizers may make changes to these rules at any time as they deem appropriate, including but not limited to canceling, rerunning, extending, postponing or modifying the Promotion or the legal bases themselves. This situation will be communicated to the participants by the same means used to announce the implementation of the promotion, exempting the organizers from any obligation or economic compensation to the participants.

13. Data protection

Participants' personal data will be processed in accordance with Neinver's privacy policy, which is available at http://www.neinver.com/es/content/aviso-legal. Halle Leipzig Style Outlets will not process and is not responsible for the personal data of the participants.

14. Acceptance of the legal basis

Participation in the campaign requires acceptance of the legal bases.

15. Place of jurisdiction and applicable law

Any disputes that may arise in connection with the promotion and the present legal bases shall be resolved in accordance with Spanish law and before the corresponding courts in accordance with the applicable regulations.
